Why I build

I've spent the last 20 years building products inside startups—not because startups are easier, but because they're where I create the greatest impact.

I've always been drawn to small, ambitious teams. The kind that can still share a pizza. Teams that move quickly, stay close to customers, and aren't afraid to challenge assumptions. Where everyone takes ownership and no one waits for permission to solve a problem.

As my career evolved, I realized something important: the closer I stay to founders, customers and the product itself, the more value I create.
